The Parish Council of West Pennard in the ward of The Pennards & Ditcheat has a vacancy for 2 Councillors to be filled by co-option.
West Pennard Parish Council will consider filling by co-option a casual vacancy for a councillor at is meeting to be held on
13th October 2025 at 8.00pm at West Pennard Village Hall
Anyone interested in serving the community as a parish councillor and wishing to be considered for co-option should obtain an application form for candidacy from the clerk, download the form from the button below and email it to the clerk or complete the online application form. As we continue to see impacts from Storm Bert, we would like to thank you for the work you do to keep your communities safe. In many areas, Storm Bert brought more than one month’s rainfall in one weekend. Nationally, nearly 70 river gauges recorded record levels, including at locations in Wessex.
