Conversion and extension of existing barn to a dwelling with associated parking and the formation of access track. Erection of compensatory bat roost building/New dwelling at 355792 139179 Trackway/Planning Ref 2024/1514/FUL.
Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Refusal on the grounds that it is a very bad access onto a class D road for public vehicles and emergency vehicles would struggle. It would be inappropriate for more than one property and land outside of the 'red line' marked on the planning application should remain agricultural.
Highways Matters.
A. Creed reported residents of Coxbridge/Woodlands have attended a Flood Resilience meeting with a view to self funding dredging of the Coxbridge brook. Parish Councils will be contacted.
Highways matters to be reported:-
- Collapsed drain outside Inistor (when last repaired scalpings washed away when it next rained).
- Loose stones covering Stickleball lane causing a hazard for road users.
- Overgrown trees creating a canopy the length of Castle Hill.
- Half way along Sawpitts Lane the road surface is badly damaged requiring re-dressing.
There being no further business the meeting was closed.
