Matters arising: Roads issues have been reported and are in hand.
Request for speed reduction, Piltown.
SCllr Sully will look into the issue of speed reduction on the A361 (possibly with partial funding from West Pennard Parish Council). There is no longer a small improvement budget available.
Claire will also engage in discussions with the school regarding traffic issues at start and finish times.
Claire has also attended meetings with representatives from West Pennard, Butleigh, and Barton St. David re flooding and also had a site meeting at Priory Corner, West Pennard with a householder and M.P as his property has flooded repeatedly.

Recyclable items that must be separated (now being undertaken by households) will need to be done by all organisations, local authorities, places of worship.

Highways:
Concerns raised re overgrowth from Leylandii A361 up from the Corner garage - Landowner will be approached first by a parish councillor.
The observation was made should the overgrowth cause an accident the landowner would be liable.
