All reported issues are in hand.

Finance:   Precept 2024/5 - to be set at January meeting.

Planning:  Erection of single storey and two storey rear extension (part retrospective).  Erection of balcony to flat roof area of single storey extension.  Erection of new detached garage with ancillary accommodation over/Pontis Vallum/Havyatt/Planning Ref 2023/2179/HSE.

The Parish Council have no objections in principle but have concerns re retrospective application for the rear extension.

a.  Design.  Drawings are vague.  Does the old fit in with the new?

b.  Privacy.  Will neighbours' privacy be affected by the balcony?  If so it should be modified or removed from the planning application.

Highways Matters.

Complaint raised re vehicles parking on double yellow lines at foot of Church Lane during school hours.

Clerk to report the matter to the Police.

N.B.  The Highway Code states Double yellow lines 'indicate a prohibition of waiting at any time even if there are no upright signs'.

Blocked drain by Hillside, Collapsed drain by Inistor, Southtown Lane and large pothole, A361 by Piltown Farm to be reported to Highways.
