Pothole reported after last meeting A361, Piltown was inspected and deemed not to be a safety defect.

Booking hall for meetings.
M. Colman reported she spoke to the booking clerk about the difficulty of having our usual evening once a month. It was proposed, seconded and passed the clerk request second Mondays of the month for the year. Clerk to also report for the second time the Hall was very cold (sub zero temps outside for several days) and that the heating had not come on. The clerk phoned the number on the village hall website which was in fact the number of the previous booking clerk who said he would phone the new clerk. He did in fact leave a message but no-one appeared.
